Meetings Today Live! kicks off Sunday, April 13th at our host hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas! Meetings Today, Visit Irving, and our sponsors are excited to welcome you and look forward to a dynamic three days in Irving.

We have prepared this document for you before your arrival to help you prepare for the event.

DOWNLOAD THE MEETINGS TODAY LIVE! MOBILE APP

Our mobile app is your go-to resource for important event details, including your 1-on-1 appointments, reminders, and any last-minute updates you need to reference onsite.

1. Go to your app store on your mobile device. This will be noted as Google Play or Apple App store.

2. Search for “Cvent Events” and install/download to your device.

3. Once downloaded, open the app and search for “Meetings Today Live” and the Irving event will populate in the list. Click on the right-hand side to download the event.

4. Enter your FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, AND EMAIL that you used to register for the event.

5. The app will then email AND text you a six-digit verification code (this may take a few minutes) please locate the code and enter it into the prompt.

If you have opted out of emails or texts from Cvent, you may not receive this information. If you have problems accessing the event app, please contact Danielle Goepel at danielle.goepel@tradepress.com or 262-527-7395.

6. Once you are in the app, you MUST select allow notifications from the Cvent application.

This is how we will remind you of details during the event such as start times, departures, and meeting locations. If you do not select “Get Notifications” and “allow” or grant these permissions, you could be left out of the loop!

WHERE TO MEET - AIRPORT
Sunday, April 13th

Arrivals into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport

Upon arrival, please proceed to the designated Baggage Claim area where a RideCentric representative will meet you with “Meetings Today Live” sign and escort you to their vehicle.
In the unlikely event you are unable to find the greeters, please call RideCentric on 214-574-5900 for immediate assistance.

DAY OF: If your flight information changes, if you miss your flight, or if you need to reach transportation staff upon arrival, please text or call Danielle Goepel on 262-527-7395.

PRIOR TO THE EVENT: If there is a change to your flight, prior to the event please contact Danielle Goepel at danielle.goepel@tradepress.com or 262-527-7395.

EARLY ARRIVALS: If you are arriving early prior to Sunday April 13th, your transfers to The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas are on your own. You must arrive at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas on Sunday, no later than 4:00pm.

DRIVING TO THE EVENT: Self-Parking is complimentary at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. Please note that during the event, Planners are required to travel on group transport.

YOUR 1-on-1 APPOINTMENTS

Meetings Today has scheduled your 1-on-1 appointments and can be referenced here

Please remember to bring your RFPs to the 1-on-1 appointments.

After the 1-on-1s Monday and Tuesday

After 1-on-1’s, you will NOT have the opportunity to go back to your room. Any personal items can be held in the Meetings Today production office. Personal items left in the office will be secure and retrieved upon our return.

Please remember that our transportation will depart according to our schedule.

DEPARTURES FROM THE RITZ-CARLTON DALLAS, LAS COLINAS, WED, APRIL 16TH

Wednesday, April 16th

Your departure time from the hotel will be posted in the Event App, and during the 1:1 Appointments on Tuesday Morning.

Departure Location: Main Lobby:

On departure day, RideCentric greeters will be outside the main lobby of the hotel holding a Meetings Today Live sign to dispatch vehicles according to the departure manifest.
The departure manifest will be displayed Tuesday during the 1:1 appointment.
If you need to make ANY changes to your departure, please contact Danielle Goepel immediately at 262-527-7395.

REIMBURSEMENT CHECK

You will receive your reimbursement check Wednesday at Breakfast. It is mandatory that you attend all scheduled events.

If you cannot attend breakfast on Wednesday due to your flight departure, please see a member of the Meetings Today team before you leave.
